    - Free delivery is available for orders over €49. This offer is automatically applied when placing your order (please see our Sale section for more details on our promotions).

    - Average delivery time: 2 working days from the date of payment.

  • Refunds

    - Refunds are processed automatically upon request within 14 days of the order payment date, no questions asked. If you provide proof, we can process refunds within 30 days of the payment date.

    - To request a refund, please email us at info@raysport.fr or send your request from your personal account on our website.

    - Please note that we bear all the costs related to refunds.
